This 48-storey residential project has already topped out, and internal works are well underway. Expected completion: Mid-2025.


5. Muse Potts Point – Potts Point

A boutique development with just 13 luxury apartments, Muse is moving into its finishing phase. Buyers can expect an early 2026 handover, but construction remains ahead of schedule.


6. La Vera – Macquarie Park

Located at 94 Talavera Road, this contemporary development is progressing swiftly. Construction is in its final stages, with completion expected early 2025.


7. Paramount on Parkes – Harris Park (Parramatta)

This 46-storey mixed-use tower is close to final delivery, with most exterior work completed. Expected completion: Mid-2025.


8. Mayfair – Penrith

This 10-storey residential complex has received approval for additional floors, but the original section is nearing completion. Buyers can expect handover in late 2025.


9. The Gladstone Village – Merrylands

A major development by ALAND, The Gladstone Village is on track with significant progress in external and internal fit-outs. Expected completion: Late 2025.


10. Schofield Gardens – Schofields

With a growing demand for quality housing in Sydney’s west, this development is progressing well. Completion is anticipated in early 2025.
