Our company is headed by Peter Esho who has more than 20 years of investment experience across real estate and investment markets. Peter started his career at Nasdaq listed Morningstar and is currently the Executive Chairman at Wealthi, a leading Latin American focused investment company. He is also regularly featured in major media outlets.

Our townhouse and terrace product is designed to maximise space and suite family tenants who are looking for all the benefits of a house, without the maintenance and upkeep. 

These innovative designs provide contemporary living and new build methods to ensure comfort. 

Our townhouse and terrace projects are usually placed close to amenity, which increases tenant desirability. Our target starting rental yields are in the order of 4.75-5.25%.

We understand that many investors value land component, Our spec and freestanding homes are designed to offer the right balance between land component and houses that are suitable homes to both tenants and future owner occupiers. 

If you're going to build something, you may as well do it right from the beginning. 

Our spec and freestanding homes can be delivered as single or dual contracts, often in new housing estates and greenfield sites, with a target starting rental yields are in the order of 4.50-4.75%.
